earn tokens by sumitting receipts with kellogg's products, taking quizzes, watching videos, or voting in polls. each activity earns you 1 token and 1 sweeps entry. receipts must be uploaded within 30 days of the transaction • text to 89332 or • email it to submit@receipts.kfr.com only one receipt per email can be sent. If the receipt is long, you may include multiple images. Email must be sent from the email address tied to your KFR account. include your KFR account number in the subject line. No more than 5 receipts may be submitted per day. Tokens will typically be added to your account within 3 days. |

if you earn 5 tokens by the end of the month, you may select a prize. Rewards change periodically. you can view the current rewards here. there is a limit of one reward each month. at the end of the month, all earned tokens are lost. if you earned at least 5 tokens, you have until the 14th day of the following month to choose your reward. |
